About This Project

On November 12th, 2023 the family of 101-year-old WWII Veteran Luchion E. Doshier brought him to the Park’s Veterans Memorial Walkway to show him the paver (brick) they purchased in his honor.  According the family, Mr. Doshier was thrilled.  In the photo are his son — a Vietnam Veteran — and three of his grandsons who are also Veterans.  In total, about 25 people were on hand to share this moment.
