About This Project

The American Revolution Memorial is unveiled and officially dedicated in Wichita Veterans Memorial Park. July 4, 2019. The ceremony included full military honors with Kansas Army National Guard color guard, gun salute and bugler.

Ceremony speakers: Kansas Congressman Ron Estes, Wichita’s Director of Parks and Recreation,  Troy Houtman, AMREV Chairman Larry Skelton and Donald Hapward
