DESCRIPTION:The First World War ended on November 11\, 1918\, and on this date Veterans Day is commemorated.  At 9:30 am on November 11th\, 2023\, Wichita Veterans Memorial Park Board will honor all veterans who served in the US military with a ceremony at the VMP Flag Pavillion. \nThe ceremony will include: \n\nColor guard presentation of The Colors\nNational Anthem played on the trumpet\nPledge of Allegiance and Invocation\nIntroduction and opening remarks\nGuest speaker remarks – (US Army and Air Force Veteran Greg Zuercher from the Bleckley Foundation)\n3-volley rifle salute\n“Taps” played on the trumpet
